Crossing catheter for total occlusions

The Wingman crossing catheter is a device designed to facilitate the recanalization of chronic total occlusions (CTOs) in the peripheral vascular system, providing additional support to the guidewire during advancement through complex lesions.

The system consists of a support catheter with a radiopaque tip from which a needle protrudes. The needle movement is controlled by the operator through a dedicated handle. The operator can therefore extend and rotate the needle tip to allow controlled penetration of occlusions that are difficult to cross using a guidewire alone.

The Wingman catheter is available in several versions, compatible with guidewires of:
• 0.035” (Wingman 35)
• 0.018” (Wingman 18)
• 0.014” (Wingman 14 and Wingman 14C)

Depending on the model, the device can be used with 4 Fr or 5 Fr introducers.
