Steerable neurovascular guidewire
Drivewire 24 is a 0.024” nitinol guidewire designed to provide rapid and safe access to cerebral vessels.
Its distinctive feature is the ability to be steered through a dedicated handle, allowing the operator to adjust the direction in real time according to the vessel anatomy.
Thanks to its high trackability, ensured by the hydrophilic coating, and the steering capability provided by the handle, the guidewire enables easy access even to the most tortuous vascular territories. By rotating the handle, two curve configurations can be set: “pigtail” and “J-shaped”, which facilitate safe navigation and the negotiation of sharp bends, thereby supporting catheter advancement.
The guidewire has an overall length of 192 cm and is fully radiopaque, ensuring optimal visibility throughout the entire procedure.
